Dinner at Pastor's House & Christmas Cantata

Saturday, December 16 @ 6:30 pm

  • Pastor Glendon Thompson and his wife Lois have kindly invited C & C to their home in Markham this Saturday for dinner.
  • For those of you who have confirmed that they are coming, transportation using the church van will be provided.
  • Please meet at the church parking lot at 5:15 pm for the drive up to Markham.

Sunday, December 17 @ 6:30 pm

  • The Christmas Cantata will be presented by the choir and the Sunday School Department. It will be a beautiful presentation in song accompanied by a Gospel message from the Pastor.

***This will be the last official College & Careers gathering for this year. We will meet again formally as a group in mid-January. Please stay tuned for announcements!***

Christmas Events & Gatherings

TBS Christmas Party
Saturday Dec. 9 @ 5 pm-9pm, Jarvis St. Baptist Church
*Worship starts at 5 pm with a message by Professor Kirk Wellum from TBS
*Dinner will be at 6 pm and gift exchange and games will be at 7 pm at the loft upstairs
*Please bring a small gift ($5 in value)

C & C Christmas Carolling - Fudger House Nursing Home Sunday Dec. 10 @ 2 pm

  • Join us for a time of singing carols and bringing the Gospel to a Toronto nursing home facility- it will be at Fudger House, by Sherbourne and Carlton Sts.
  • We will meet after church at the parking lot and leave at 1:15 pm - the residents and the facility directors are very excited to have us! Help us share the Gospel's message of hope and salvation as we celebrate this joyful season of Christmas!

Dinner at Pastor & Mrs. Thompson's House Saturday, Dec. 16 (Time TBA)

  • Pastor Glendon Thompson and his wife Lois have graciously invited us for dinner at their house on the 16th. We will be leaving on the church van in the afternoon to go to their home in Markham. Time of departure will be announced soon. We will be back on Saturday evening.
  • Please reply to the e-mail ASAP if you are planning on attending as Lois needs to know how many people to prepare enough food, and to arrange extra transportation should the need arise .
